TRADE LICENSE ESTIMATOR
The Challenge
- We were asked to create a Proof of Concept that allowed for users to put on a headset, ask their questions related to Trade Licenses, and have a virtual assistance in estimating the cost and process to achieve for their requirement
The NUAT Solution
- We developed a Virtual Reality experience, that used a selection-based data generation algorithm, which used information from DED servers and that given by the users to give approximate costs and outline the process.
- Moving forward, the product would have been developed using Artificial Intelligence and Speech Recognition in Virtual Reality to achieve a Virtual Customer Service Agent in day-to-day DED activities.
