The Challenge
  1. We were asked to create a Proof of Concept that allowed for users to put on a headset, ask their questions related to Trade Licenses, and have a virtual assistance in estimating the cost and process to achieve for their requirement
The NUAT Solution
  1. We developed a Virtual Reality experience, that used a selection-based data generation algorithm, which used information from DED servers and that given by the users to give approximate costs and outline the process.
  2. Moving forward, the product would have been developed using Artificial Intelligence and Speech Recognition in Virtual Reality to achieve a Virtual Customer Service Agent in day-to-day DED activities.
